Yes, yes and yes!
At last you can make your own hot water while you travel with the inclusion of a 12 volt Booster Pump. This is an environmentally friendly hot water service because it uses waste energy to heat your water every time you start the engine.
The Booster Pump was initially used as a coolant booster to add oomph to a vehicles heating or cooling system. So if your vehicle runs a heat exchanger water system now and is too cool, add a Booster Pump to add coolant flow when showering. Remember, the more coolant flow, the more output shower temperature heat you will gain.
For a basic "heat on the run" system, a seperate "hot water only" holding tank, a booster pump, a pressure pump and a Glind heat exchanger make up the entire system. This booster pump recirculates the water from the hot water only tank, through the heat exchanger continuously, so when you pull up at your destination, this tank is preheated. Be warned though, due to the efficiency of the Glind heat exchanger, this water will be VERY HOT, much hotter than your household hot water service and must be used with a mixer or seperate hot and cold taps.
If you already have a gas/storage type system or a 12/240 volt system on your vehicle or boat, simply tee in a Booster Pump and a Glind heat exchanger and you're away. Your existing system already is the "hot water only" reservoir and there is already a pressure pump which supplies the water from the unit. So that's it, 2 items and presto, you can heat on the run too. Your supply tank will be pipping hot when you arrive at your destination.

The best and most simple example of this system I have seen had a blue rotationally moulded 60 l dangerous goods drum which was originally used as a commercial liquid soap container. It had nice thick walls which the owner tapped his fittings into and being so thick, it held the heat really well. The drum, hoses and fittings cost him less than $100.
This customer purchased a V2 heat exchanger, a Little Ripper pump, a Booster pump and is stoked. If you already have a Glind system and wish to convert it to this style of water heater, all you need is the Booster Pump.
